I just received a video from Jason Fryer of Tone King Records where he assembles a teak stand and talks about how the stand can help the sound quality of your recordings. He clearly knows a lot more about recording than I do. It hadn’t occurred to me that the angle of the stand can help control echoing since you don’t ever want to your sound projecting directly at a wall. Thanks for the informative review Jason!
